How to submit a post with pictures, flash, videos and uploaded files

To click on the "Post New" in the top of each forum

The interface to submit a new post just looks like the interface of the Microsoft Word Processor

After type the title of your post, you can input the words in the body area with different style, different fonts, font color and size. After input the body contents of the post, you can click on specific button as shown on the interface above to add different kinds of files to your post, including table, pictures, videos, flash animation etc. You can know what the button is for by pointing your mouse on the button.

: To insert hyperlink for selected text or picture, after you click on this button, you can get the interface below:

You can input the URL or other format of hyperlink in the popup. Be sure that the hyperlink you insert is legal and valid.

: To upload pictures: By clicking on the picture-inserting button, you can insert very important pictures for you cases to present. By clik on the button, you can see a popup like this will be on the screen: 

We provide two different way to insert the pictures in your post. The first way is to insert pictures to your post from your computer, you can browse your computer disk for specific picture file to insert in the body area of you post. The second way is to insert the pictures located in other sever, and by input the link address of the picture you are interested in in the URL blank.

The maximum picture width allowed in this web is 700 pixels. You can change the picture width (400) and image height (300) based on your picture’s real width and height. You can select and drag the inserted picture to change the picture’s width and height. If your picture’s width is less than 700, the value of the width 400 and the height 300 can be deleted for automatic width and height adjustment.

After select the picture to insert, click on the Enter, you can see the interface below:

It says that your picture in uploading to the OrthoChina server. The uploading time depends on the size of your picture and the network flow you use.

: The three buttons are for inserting Flash works, Windows Media and Real Media videos to your post.

After click on the real inserting button, you can see as below:

You can insert Real Media video by input the URL address of your video. If you select the play mode for auto, the video will be played automatically when the visitors view your post. It is recommended to set the play mode for manual. By this, if the visitors want to view the video, they can click on the play to enjoy your video, if they do not want to view, the video will do not be played for avoiding occupying the net flow. If you video is large enough for large screen playing, you can set the video width and height in proper pixels, such as, you can change 480 to 600, and 360 to 480. You can upload your videos into OrthoChina server as below, and then, insert the URL of the uploaded video as above. The Real Media video format include

*.rm, *.ra, *.ram. The Windows Media video format include *.wmf,*avi, *asf, *mov. The *.mpeg or *.mpg video are also can be uploaded.

：This is for file upload, after click on it, you can upload the file in most kinds of format. The size of the file to upload is not limited.

After browse the file you want to upload, and then enter, a post with pictures, videos, and files is ready to be submitted.

Please click on the Submit to submit your post at the end of your preparing the post.
