A 12-year-old boy, had a traffic injury in 2004, with the complication of osteomyelitis in tibia after the initial management. He underwent the correction surgery for the tibia valgus in 2007. Now he has the shortening of 5 cm in his right leg along with the valgus deformity. He has a good function of knee and ankle joint as his parents describe. The pictures of X-ray from Feb 2007 through to Aug 2008 are attached to demonstrate the story of the current condition since the last surgery to correct the valgus deformity.
Your comments and advice about the further management would be greatly appreciated.
